Mission
We exist to make disciples of Jesus Christ. In the Bible, Jesus commissions his followers to go into the world teaching all that he had taught to them (Matthew 28).We believe that commission continues to the church today. Therefore, as followers of Jesus Christ, it is our mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ.

Vision
Our vision is to see that every man, woman, and child in Texoma and beyond has the opportunity to become a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Core Values at Fusion are the foundational belief we have that Jesus calls us to follow him as he did with his first disciples. We can read the account of Jesus calling Peter and and his brother Andrew in Matthew 4:18-19. We derive our core values from verse 19 when Jesus said to them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

As an individual who is following Jesus, we believe Jesus begins to change every part of our lives as we mature to be men and women who are on mission with Jesus. We call these changes Discipleship Outcomes.
